  • Choose your favorites based on what’s included in your package (you can also purchase additional images at this stage)
  • I’ll edit your final selections and upload them to your online gallery

Most clients spend around $1,000 on additional images after the session.

“Mike Glatzer is one of Atlanta’s most talented photographers! After glancing at his extensive portfolio, I just knew that I had to hire him for my dance website shoot and I could not have made a better decision.

Mike is the perfect blend of professional and friendly, he was always on time for all our pre-shoot meetings (where he laid out all the steps) and he was able to execute my vision flawlessly. During the shoot, he was calm and focused but also made the whole process feel light and fun.

He was very knowledgeable when it came to props (we were working with chiffon fabric which can be super tricky) but Mike pulled it off like a champ and was very patient as I got into each pose. He also really knows how to get you to relax in front of the camera, especially helpful for someone like me who is camera shy.

Mike is a genuinely warm person, a sheer delight to collaborate with and I cannot recommend him enough!”

The Branding Portrait Process

Step 1

Inquiry Consult

We’ll chat over Zoom, and I’ll learn about who you are and your vision for the shoot! It’s a great time to ensure I’m the best brand portrait photographer for you.

Step 2

Custom Proposal

Every business requires something a little different and unique. This is the time I’ll craft your very own custom proposal.

Step 3

Contract & Invoice

Everything looks good? Perfect! Next, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit.

Step 4

Planning Meeting

We meet for an hour and discuss logistics: wardrobe, styling, hair and makeup, location, props — everything you need to nail that vision! My goal is to have all the details figured out before your shoot so we can show up and have fun — that’s the aim of this experience.

Step 5

Shoot Prep

I’ll send over parking instructions and some practical tips to prepare for your session, like when to get a haircut, how to prepare your wardrobe, everything to make you feel like a million dollars!

Step 6

The Session

A quick pamper by the hair and makeup artist, and then it’s onto the main event! I’ll take you through all the poses we previously discussed, and it’ll feel more like a friendly get-together than a stuffy business meeting! Don’t forget, this is a collaboration — we’ll shoot tethered so you can see results in real-time and give me feedback as we go.

Step 7

Culling

After your session, I’ll get rid of the blurs, the blinks, and the bad shots that didn’t make the cut. I’ll narrow it down to the absolute best photos for you to go through.

Step 8

Proofs & Editing

I’ll share the images in an online gallery where you can select your favorites. Then, I’ll get into the nitty-gritty editing (skin blemishes, stray hairs, clothing wrinkles, and more).

Step 9

Delivery & Close Out

I’ll share the edited images in your own personal, private online gallery. Feel free to ask for revisions — this is your time to shine! Now grab those images, share them with the world, and shout it from the rooftops!

Brand portrait sessions begin at $1,500 and include strategic planning, hair and makeup, a four hour photo experience, and ten finished digital images. Most clients invest an additional $1,000 or more once they see the full gallery.

If you want more detail on this step, The Image Editing and Delivery Process explains exactly what happens.

Proofs are delivered within about one week of your session. Final retouched images are typically delivered about one week per ten images selected.

During your branding photoshoot, I will connect my camera to my laptop to collaborate and review your images as we capture them. This lets you suggest tweaks to posing, expression, prop locations, lighting, etc., in real-time. I want you to know exactly what we captured before we wrap your session. After delivery, you may request up to three rounds of refinements on purchased images so the final result feels right.

Yes. Brand portrait sessions are built around high-resolution digital files designed for web, marketing, and print use. These images are created to support a cohesive and intentional visual presence for your business.
