A Portrait Experience, Tailored to You

Your portrait session begins with a $500 creative fee, a bespoke investment that covers the planning, styling, studio rental, hair and makeup, and photographic craftsmanship that goes into creating imagery with intention. This fee includes the session only—no digital files or products are provided at this stage.

Once your images are revealed, you’ll have the opportunity to select from a curated menu of handcrafted print collections and à la carte options. The Reveal

A few weeks later, we meet via Zoom to view your gallery. I’ll guide you through your options and help you choose what feels most meaningful.

You’ll receive your final images and products once selections are made and design is complete.

Frequently Asked Questions

Most clients spend between $1,500 and $3,800 on artwork after their session fee. All orders require a $1,500 minimum.

Creative Portrait clients can order their physical products after the photoshoot during a dedicated image reveal session.

Every image receives global editing, AKA overall exposure, contrast, color, etc., when you receive them as proofs. Once you have gotten your proof images, you’ll pick a selection, and then I’ll perform the detailed Photoshop edits on those images. After that, you’ll receive access to the final selection of images. You can also ask for tweaks and revisions to the edits — I want to ensure you’re thrilled with your images.

Very soon! I turn around proof images in about one week of your session and detailed edits take about a week to complete every 10 images. Finally, printed product delivery turnarounds can vary:

  • Folio boxes take about a month to finish
  • Albums take about one month to deliver after the design is approved and the order is placed
  • Collages and wall art pieces can take about 3 weeks to deliver

Yes! All of my collections include high-resolution digital images, and additional images are available for purchase. Digital files are included with your chosen artwork, whether that’s an album, wall piece, or folio box. This way, you have something lasting and something shareable.

Absolutely. Nothing needs to be decided before the session — that’s what your Reveal & Ordering Appointment is for! We’ll go through the images together, and I’ll help you choose what fits your vision and goals.

Yes — and here’s why. The Reveal is designed to be an intentional, supported experience where you can see your images for the first time and make confident decisions while the emotion and energy are fresh. I don’t offer extended galleries or post-reveal ordering, because I want to focus all of my creative energy on bringing your finished artwork to life.

That said — if you need a little extra time to finalize your order, I’m happy to hold your favorites and send you a 24-hour invoice link. Most clients find that this gives them the clarity they need without delaying the process.

Most of my clients think they only want a few files, but once they see their images, they fall in love with the full story. That’s why I’ve created collections that include both digital files and finished artwork. This ensures you walk away with something you can live with, display, and enjoy — not just store in the cloud.

Yes — I have a very rigorous and robust backup strategy to hold onto your images long-term after your session and your ordering appointment. Click here link to learn more about how long I hold onto images and my overall photo backup strategy.

During your conceptual photoshoot, I will connect my camera to my laptop to collaborate and review your images as we capture them. This lets you suggest tweaks to posing, expression, prop locations, lighting, etc., in real time. I want you to know exactly what we captured before we wrap your session. Also, you can ask for three rounds of revisions and tweaks to your edited images in case I missed a detail, or you would like something slightly different.

Prices do not include credit card processing fees.

Payment plans are available by request. Please note that all purchased artwork will be delivered once the full balance has been paid.
