Delivery Timelines for Edits and Products
Whooo! Your session is done! Now for next steps! Please use the drop-downs below to learn about next steps and timeline for each product offering.
- Culling (about one week)—I’ll pick the best shots (no blinks, duplicates, or bad lighting), make basic edits, and then send an email to schedule your ordering appointment.
- Ordering Appointment (The Fun Part)—We’ll review highlights, choose your favorites, and discuss products (albums, wall art, and folio boxes). You’ll then purchase the portraits in the desired artwork format that you want to take home!
- Product Design—We’ll customize the material, colors, and designs for your artwork during the ordering appointment.
- Editing Magic (about one week per 10 images)—I’ll work my magic on your portraits (skin smoothing, hair clean up, de-wrinkle clothing, and more).
- Digitals Delivery—Review your edits online. Download in full resolution or request tweaks.
- Product Creation & Shipment—I’ll order your beautiful artwork once the retouching is approved!
- Follow-Up (a week or so after all items are delivered)—I’ll check if you love everything, send over a form confirming you received all your artwork, and you’ll get a feedback survey to share your thoughts.
- Enjoy!—Most importantly, cherish your portraits and share them with loved ones!

- Proofing—Peruse your online gallery at your leisure to select and purchase your favorite images.
- Editing (about one week per 10 images)—Once you choose your images, I’ll handle detailed retouching (skin, hair, clothes, etc.).
- Delivery—I’ll upload the final edits for review to the online gallery. Revisions are welcome! Once approved, download your full-resolution files with a provided PIN.
- Follow-Up (a week or so after all items are delivered)—I’ll check in to ensure you love your images. You’ll also receive a confirmation form and a feedback survey to share your experience!
- Enjoy! I’d love to hear how your images help you achieve your goals, whether landing a job, boosting social media, or increasing leads! Share your success stories with me!
Proof images are ready about a week after your session is complete. Once you’ve selected your images, I’ll perform all the detailed retouching (skin, hair, clothing, etc.). It takes me about one week to edit every 10 images.
During your ordering appointment, we’ll design a custom album cover and box to match your photos. We’ll then work together on the image layout until you love it! The initial draft usually takes about a week, then 1-3 business days for any revisions. Once everything’s perfect, from the design to the individual image edits, your album heads to Italy for expert crafting. Expect it to arrive within a month, ready to be cherished!
During your ordering appointment, we’ll design your custom folio box and finalize your image selection. Once the design and edits are approved, I’ll send everything to my Italian crafters to build your beautiful box and matted prints! You can expect it delivered within a month.
