The Investment
Your Session
Every conceptual portrait session starts at $1,000. From the first planning conversation to the final pose, every detail is handled: concept strategy, mood board, professional hair and makeup, location scouting, prop sourcing, studio rental, and up to four hours of photography.
You show up. I handle everything else.
Your Artwork
What leaves this session isn’t a digital file sitting forgotten in a folder. It’s a piece of art that stops people in their tracks, hangs on your wall for decades, and tells a story only you could tell.
Every collection is archival-quality, custom-crafted by my exclusive partners in Italy. Choose from folio boxes, collages, wall art, and albums. Collections typically range between $1,500 and $5,200, with digital files included in every purchase..
Nothing is chosen until your private Reveal appointment, when you see the full story come together for the first time. Most people are surprised by what they feel in that moment.

The Conceptual Portrait Process
Inquiry Consult
We connect over Zoom so I can learn about your vision, your story, and what you want this portrait to say. It’s also a chance for both of us to make sure we’re the right fit.
Custom Proposal
Every conceptual portrait is different. I’ll build a custom quote tailored to your specific vision, goals, and the scope of what we’re creating together.
Contract & Invoice
Once everything looks right, you’ll sign a contract and pay a 50% deposit to lock in your date.
Planning Meeting
We spend an hour getting every detail sorted: concept, wardrobe, styling, hair and makeup, location, and props. The goal is to walk into shoot day with nothing left to figure out and everything set up for something extraordinary.
Shoot Prep
I’ll send practical prep guidance covering everything from wardrobe to timing. Show up relaxed and ready. I’ve got the rest.
The Session
After hair and makeup, we get to work. I’ll guide you through every pose and expression we planned, and because we shoot tethered, you’ll see yourself on a large screen in real time. Most people forget they’re even being photographed.
Culling
I go through every frame and pull the absolute best. You’ll never have to wonder if you’re seeing the right shots. You are.
Reveal & Ordering
This is the moment everything comes together. I’ll walk you through your images at your private Reveal appointment, and you’ll choose the artwork that speaks to you. From there I get into detailed retouching: skin, stray hairs, clothing, everything that needs to be exactly right.
Delivery & Close Out
Your finished images are delivered to a private online gallery. If anything needs a final adjustment, just ask. Once everything is approved, artwork orders go to my partner labs in Italy and your story finds its permanent home.
